Guangzhou Taikoo Hui

Taikoo Hui - Taikoo Hui is a large-scale integrated development project in Guangzhou, developed, constructed and operated by Taikoo Properties. The project is located in the core area of ​​Tianhe Central Business District in Guangzhou, with a total floor area of ​​approximately 358,000 square meters (excluding the cultural center). It consists of a large shopping mall, two Grade A office buildings, the first Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Serviced Residences in Guangzhou, and a cultural center, with a total of 718 parking spaces. The shopping mall and office building opened in 2011, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Serviced Residences opened in early 2013.

Taikoo Hui is home to more than 180 well-known brands, ranging from global first-line brand boutiques, domestic and foreign brand fashions, home living supplies, to exquisite gourmet food. Among them, 70% are international brands and 30% are domestic brands.
