Liuzhou Wanda Plaza

Liuzhou Wanda Plaza Investment Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dalian Wanda Group. It has invested billions of yuan to build a super-large urban complex in Liuzhou, namely Liuzhou Wanda Plaza, which integrates a large shopping center, a large entertainment center, a five-star cinema, a five-star hotel, a Grade A office building and SOHO offices. The total construction area is about 680,000 square meters. In August 2015, Wanda successfully won a 175.2-acre plot at the intersection of Liuyong Road and Hangsheng Road in Liunan District to build the second Wanda Plaza in Liuzhou, namely Liuzhou Liunan Wanda Plaza. On August 15, the brand pavilion of Liunan Wanda Plaza, located at the east gate of Yufengshan Commercial City, was opened.
