Binjiang 3D Building

The Sanwei Building is located at the intersection of Jiangnan Avenue and Torch Avenue on the south bank of Qiantang River, in the core position of the second phase of the High-tech Software Park, covering an area of ​​about 24,000 square meters, with a construction area of ​​about 35,000 square meters and a total investment of 100 million yuan. 

 The building's architectural form fully reflects the modernity, simplicity and vitality of the high-tech industry. The building is a combination of 12-story twin towers and 4-story connecting podiums symmetrically along the central axis of the plot. The facade is a curtain wall composed of stone and LOW-E hollow glass, which reflects a strong vertical architectural effect and also meets the energy-saving requirements of modern buildings. The building has a 500-square-meter lobby with a floor height of 10 meters. The floor space is spacious and bright, and the walls, ceilings, floors, elevator halls, toilets, corridors, etc. are all finely decorated.
