Guangzhou Polyclovis

The project covers a total area of ​​19078.9m2, with a total construction area of ​​260,000 square meters (including underground garage). It consists of three office buildings arranged in an L shape. The towers are in a slender hexagonal plane. The north-south center of the towers is a 30-meter-wide public green belt. The three towers are organically combined to become a landmark building complex in the area. Towers A4-1 and A4-5 are 30 stories high, and tower A4-2 is 40 stories high. The project is the intersection of three large business districts, surrounded by a number of large mature residential areas, high-end shopping centers, five-star hotels, schools, museums and other cultural facilities, which facilitate business activities for enterprises.
